Join this clay-filled camp where participants will explore various hand-building techniques to create a unique rattle/maraca in the shape of a fish. Utilizing pinch pots, coils, and various sculpting techniques, intricate details such as lips, gills, scales, and fins will be added to reveal an authentic look. Shaker beads will be incorporated before the sculptures are adorned with a decorative Aboriginal design using colorful glazes.

*Please note:  We require a week to fire all works, so your camper’s creations must be picked up following the class. Specific instructions for doing so will be provided.
